    Escalating Density Training (EDT) is a training method that can improve your muscular endurance and general conditioning. The goal is to accumulate more total work (density) within a time frame.

    The goal of these training sessions are general fitness and are designed to improve general connective tissue strength while also building work capacity.

    This program has 2 strength training days with 2 conditioning days programmed.

    This is a cub level program (beginner).
